FAQs

Can I do the exercises on my own?

YES! You can absolutely do the exercises on your own. The joy of self improvement come with self accountability and responsibility. To see the best results in the gym will require work outside of it. Things might seem complex but taking some time for yourself you will be able to figure it out!

Can I continue my other training regimen?

We highly recommend that you remove as many variables as possible. Stopping other forms of training when starting with us will give us the highest chance of success. It will allow us to see if what we are doing is helping or hindering, it will allow us as practitioners make sure you’re getting the most out of your sessions and seeing the progress towards your goals.

What equipment do I need?

Not much at all. If you’re lucky you already have resistance bands at home but if not your practitioner can point you in the right direction for some. Also some dumb bells as well as a medicine ball and lacrosse ball. These things will set you up for building your practice at home and give us the highest chance at success addressing your goals.
