By respecting our physiology and our genetics as humans we use Functional Patterns to create strong and lasting change on the body. Your movement.

Using Functional Patterns training methodology, we reverse engineer our clients’ movement down to the smallest detail. Following the importance of the first four (standing, walking, running, and throwing) we can make drastic and lasting change that will leave you living that pain free life that you have always desired. Getting started with an initial assessment is the best place to start to begin the journey to longevity and regeneracy. In that assessment we will address your standing posture, analyze your gait mechanics, and test the limits of your central nervous system’s capacity to handle stimulus.

At Denver Biomechanics, health, wellness, and longevity are serious priorities to us. We will constantly look to bring you to most well rounded approach to your health providing not just training in Functional Patterns, but also the tools necessary to speed along your progress. Those tools include education on nutrition, our relationship with light and magnetism, myofascial release, and general aspects of how our body responds to stress.
