Group Classes:

Group Energy, Individual Growth

Looking for a more cost-effective way to start? Our group classes are designed with progressive structure and attention to form—so you still get the care and intention of private sessions, but in a shared environment.

  • Intro Classes: A 10-week foundation course to build body awareness and movement fluency.

  • Advanced Classes: Once you’ve built your base, move on to our higher-intensity, higher-precision classes.

All membership tiers include unlimited access, and classes are offered 7 days a week.
