Life & Fitness
I’ve been involved in fitness most my life, but it was a broken collar bone at 17 that completely changed the way I thought about movement. That injury forced me to slow down and start asking deeper questions. Not just about getting stronger, but about how the body really works, heals, and adapts.
I went on to earn a degree in wellness management from SUNY Oswego and eventually became a licensed massage therapist. Over time, I started moving away from traditional fitness models and toward a biomechanics driven approach that’s focused on sustainability, minimalism, and long term body awareness.
Today, I work with clients to help them move better, feel stronger, and stay out of pain. Not by chasing symptoms but by addressing the root of the dysfunction. I believe real progress happens when you meet your body where it’s at and stay curious about the process.
My personal mantra, “so, this is how it is,” helps guide my approach. It’s a reminder to stay grounded in what’s real, to work with the body instead of against it, and to move forward with intention and awareness.

Outside of Work
I find balance in the back country. Hiking, camping, and exploring Colorado’s alpine lakes, waterfalls, and trails. Nature gives me the space to recharge and reflect, and it reminds me what movement is really about: being present, being purposeful, and connecting with something bigger than yourself.
Whether I’m navigating rugged terrain or just laying in the sun, I try to use my body in a way that feels honest and sustainable. My lifestyle mirrors the way I coach, listen to your body, respect your environment, and keep moving forward with intention.
