Brandon’s Bio

  • Life & Fitness

I grew up immersed in movement. First through soccer, where running, agility, and staying in shape were a non-negotiable. Even then, injuries were a constant companion. I stepped away from the sport in high school, yet something about the physicality of training stuck with me. I took a strength and conditioning class every year and eventually followed that pull into a trade school for personal training. That’s where I began to understand the “how” of coaching, but the “why” didn’t fully click until later.

Despite my growing knowledge, injuries continued to hold me back. Progress felt out of reach, and I knew there had to be a better way to train. A gym owner I worked with introduced me to Functional Patterns, and that single recommendation shifted everything. Once I started practicing it, I didn’t look back, and it became the foundation of both my personal movement practice and my coaching.

Now, I work with clients through the lens of patience, structure, and long term transformation. The body doesn’t change in a straight line, and I believe one of the most powerful things we can do is allow ourselves the grace to grow, even when the process feels uncomfortable. There’s nothing like watching someone connect with their body. When movement makes sense both physically and mentally. That’s what keeps me inspired, and why I strive to deliver a level of care and attention that feels truly unmatched.

  • Outside of Work

Outside of training I keep things pretty simple. I spend time doing everyday things, laundry, cooking, just letting life come to me at its own pace. I’m not someone who’s always seeking stimulation or intensity; in fact, I’ve found that doing less has taught me more about being present than always being busy.

I unwind with video games when I need a mental break. I’ve also trained Brazil Jiu-Jitsu for nearly 8 years. A martial art that demands physicality and presence, but at its best, it’s also playful, and light hearted. It reminds to stay connected to the moment without the forcing of outcomes.

One of the most important frame works I live by is Human design. It reminds me not to over identify with the thoughts in my head, and instead trust my inner authority when making decisions. I try to show up for life, not to control it, but to observe and participate in it more clearly. That’s a big part of how I relate to movement too.
